There is a choice of delivery. You can select any one of the two options at the basket stage of the order.
First Class - £2.45
Your order is sent out via normal first class mail by the Royal Mail.
First Class Recorded - £3.95
Your order is sent out via first class mail recorded by the Royal Mail. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so that you can see the delivery status of your order. Someone must be in at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If there is no-one there then a card will be left for you to go to your local sorting office for collection.
We usually dispatch orders the next working day (if ordered before 2pm) so we advise that delivery times range between 2 - 4 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Returns
Customers can return any product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it has not been opened or used, and must still be in its original packaging.
Refunds will only be of the amount of the products value.
i.e. Perfumetobuy cannot refund any delivery costs.
Returned items must be sent back to us via First Class post and we recommend that you send it recorded delivery in case of any lost items in the Royal Mail. Perfumetobuy will not pay any return costs.
Any item damaged during return may only receive a partial refund. However, this is down to Perfumetobuy's discretion
In the rare event that the customer receives an incorrect item, Perfumetobuy will refund the return postage costs and upon receipt of the incorrect item, will dispatch the correct item.
Any item that is returned to us by the Royal Mail as 'undelivered' or 'not called for' will be refunded back to the customer at the price of the product only.
